Our production and services include CAD drawings, precision mold making, and injection molding.

Custom mold Manufacturing:
We use modern machinery such as 3D-CNC milling using MastercamX and E.D.M machines, along with over 30 years of mold making skills to produce prototype molds and production molds directly from your 2-D or 3-D drawings.  We can also make precision molds from models or sample parts.  Depending on the quantity you are looking at, we could save you money by using aluminum tooling for short runs or hardened steel tooling, depending on your requirements.

Prototype Molds Manufacturing from $1,500.00 CAD.

Plastic Injection molding and Parts:
We manufacture injection molded plastic parts at our facility with molding machines ranging up to 110 Ton.

Finishing and material desired:
We will work with you to decide the best material for the product. We will also help with colour matching if desired.

Mold Testing:
We offer mold testing in-house at a very competitive rate and at very short notice.
Mold testing done as low as $250 CAD.

* Our services include mold maintenance.
* No maintenance charges if mold is manufactured by C&A Tooling and runs at
C&A Tooling plant.
