CUSTOM MOLD MANUFACTURING
We are fully equipped to manufacture custom plastic injection molds in-house.
We use modern machinery such as 3D-CNC milling using MastercamX and E.D.M machines, along with over 40 years of mold making skills to produce prototype molds and production molds directly from your 2-D or 3-D drawings.
We manufacture also make precision molds from 3-D models or sample parts. Depending on the quantity you are looking for, we could save you money by using different materials for tooling manufacture i.e. aluminum tooling for short runs, or hardened steel tooling; depending on your requirements
MOLD TESTING
We offer mold testing in-house at a very competitive rate and at very short notice. Mold testing done as low as $350 CAD.
* Our services include mold maintenance.
* No maintenance or repair charges if mold is manufactured by C&A Tooling and runs at C&A Tooling plant.
* This means zero cost for maintenance or repairs to customer for the life of the program.
